In scope: scoping, running, and evaluating one scheduled or triggered BC/DR exercise for the selected in-scope systems and business services, and folding resulting gaps back into the BC and DR plans. Out of scope: real incident response, and recovery-objective (RTO or RPO) changes to systems outside the agreed exercise scope.
