Out of scope: procurement of net-new assets and software patch/change management, which run in their own workflows. No upstream workflow feeds this desk; it consumes its own maintenance queue, open work requests, the asset/hardware register export (there is no native Asset item type — the register is uploaded at the first step), and manufacturer maintenance schedules, and it seeds its own next cycle at close. Named deliverables: an approved maintenance schedule (XLSX), per-mode execution-evidence logs, a post-maintenance security-control verification report, a support/spare-parts disposition status, a maintenance-desk health dashboard, and a closure record — with exceptions, control drift, and gaps promoted to Issue items and a corrective-action register.
